-
Toilets were clean, Good location, next to the tram
-
The situation is great! 100 m from stop: Suriname
No window in the room. Very hot, no air and no air conditioning! You can't breathe well!
-
Room as good as new equipped. Bicycle rental nearby (10€/day).
Check in not possible until 14 o'clock
-
The location directly at a tram stop was very advantageous. Clean room
The windows are single-glazed; very noisy when facing the street
-
Great location! The beds were very comfortable.
Room very small. Cleanliness okay.
-
out standing service
staff were every excellent
-
The beds are very comfortable and it is great that you can buy drinks 24 hours a day.
Unfortunately our room had no air conditioning and it was very hot.
-
The location of the hotel and that everything was done smoothly and quickly.
nothing

Only thing positive about the Belfort was its proximity to a tram stop.
Almost everything. The staff were not friendly or helpful, they advertised free wi-fi wich was not working for the first 4 days that we were there wich makes it hard for international travellers organising trips, visits etc... Our room was cancelled half way through our stay and booked out to someone else wich meant we had to pack up our bags & move to another room wich we were very dissapointed with !!! We would not recommend this hotel to anybody to stay at. We never once recieved an apology from the hotel staff regarding any of the above once during our stay.

Building is so old and weird.

The hotel was not really 3 star hotel as promised. When we came, on the room there was no towels in the room. The shower door in trhe bathroom was broken and we were afraid that it will fall.
-
as a whole the belfort would not be described as luxury, however it was clean, comfortable and a decent place to stay if you are spending most of your time in the city.
there was nothing i would class as bad, however we had a three bed room, which essentially was 3 single beds pushed together in a room seemed to be a broom cupboard in a previous life.

Frankly, we did not get value for money. The staff were freindly and helpful but the romms were quite small, stuffy and suffocating. The bed was comfortable but the linen could do with a change. Clean but worn out. The shower had water blockage and 2 complains yeilded no result. The breakfast is nothing special. Location is good and is right next to the tram station.
